Cancellation and /or Re-scheduling Policy

Given the individualized nature of our programs and the time set aside for each patient, please read the following cancellation policy carefully.  In an attempt to accommodate all clients and schedules,  as well as those on a waiting list who are requesting an earlier appointment, please adhere to the following policy for cancellation and /or re-scheduling of appointments.

For new client/patient consultations:  

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on new client consultations.  This policy includes business days only and excludes weekends, so that a Monday appointment must be cancelled by Friday.

For follow-up appointments/sessions:  

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all follow-up sessions and appointments.  This policy includes business days only and excludes weekends, so that a Monday appointment must be cancelled by Friday.

Please notify Aquarian Medicine accordingly, as per the above requirements, should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  Failure to provide the required notice will result in a late cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session or appointment.  

Please note all Aquarian Medicine mindbody fitness (yoga, pilates, personal training), wellness packages, on-line programs/classes, live retreat programs and/or workshops are non-refundable and non-returnable. Scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package and/or program is your acceptance of these policies.  We thank you greatly for your cooperation!!
