What is OPTIFAST®?

Since 2001, Dr. Lorraine has utilized Optifast® products as a tool to help you either jump-start your weight loss journey or simply as a two-week metabolic reset/detox. 

Upon completion of your Aquarian Medicine® Consultation with Dr. Lorraine, together, you will determine which fusion of her OPTIFAST® programs would be most beneficial to obtain your ultimate weight loss and/or health goal.

A fusion of an OPTIFAST® program to your lifestyle regimen may consist of full meal replacement or partial meal replacement utilizing the OPTIFAST® product.
